The best gym I’ve been to. Eddie is a great owner. He knows everyone by name and always greets you with a smile. I train here for all my USAPL competitions and the energy is unmatched. I’ve seen a little bit of everything here from powerlifting, CrossFit and just general fitness. Great equipment and a great space

Eddie has done an amazing job creating a safe place for people to come workout 24/7 without judgement! He helped me create workout plans for just for me and took the time to show me the correct way to do them! This is a great gym, in a great location!

You couldn’t ask for a better workout facility. The community is amazing, full of likeminded driven individuals. Eddy is the best gym owner in Wichita. If anybody is looking for their next place to get some work in RISK is definitely the place!

This place is awesome period . The vibe is good, the music is good. Eddie has been my personal trainer for the last several months and I would say 10/10 recommend. I literally started out at basic beginner and he’s definitely helped me grow and when I had an ankle injury he was there to help me with that as well! So yeah definitely recommend everyone check this place out . Also support your local business!

The best gym in Wichita. Spacious, great parking, great vibes. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable and a great guy. He makes a point to socialize with everyone coming in and has created an extremely welcoming environment. I have been training with him for over a year and have added over 100lbs to my squat, 30 lbs to bench, and almost 100lbs on my deadlift. The numbers speak for themselves.

It's amazing for the west side of Wichita to have such a great gym. The 24-hour access is a game changer, the place is always clean and there are consistent upgrades of state-of-the-art equipment. On the other hand the owner is also a big component. Eddie is someone who built this place out of passion. It's clear that he cares about every person that is a member and wants to make a big impact on the community by making exercise more accessible. Check out the place and you'll feel right at home.

I love this gym! When I lived in Wichita I drove about 30 minutes here and back to workout every day because it truly is the best gym in Wichita. The staff is kind, the equipment is clean, and the vibes from the other gym members here are great. They definitely showed me what it’s like to be apart of a healthy gym community and helped kickstart my gym journey! If you are looking for a great gym with a wide range of lifting equipment, and a place to workout at with encouraging people, you will definitely love this gym!

Risk is by far the best gym in the city. Atmosphere and culture is unmatched. Equipment is heavy duty, tons of space in the gym. Eddie, the owner, provides tons of accessories to make achieving gains more effective. I can’t say enough good things about this place or Eddie himself. I’ve been here for about 8 months and I don’t plan on ever leaving. Pricing is also very fair. Whatever your fitness goals are Risk Barbell is the place to achieve them!

Love this place !! I’m a USAPL lifter and this place feels like home ! Calibrated plates and competition equipment gives me a spot to improve as a powerlifter! The owner is really good with newcomers and regulars , he makes it feel like a second home !
